Tim and Becky Phillippi opened Great Homes in 1996 when they realized there was a need for high quality, affordable housing. Their son, Travis, came on board a little later during and after he earned his degree in business at the University of Montana. They have lived in the Missoula area since 1985.

Great Homes of Idaho handles only KIT manufactured and modular homes, and we chose them on purpose. KIT has built homes in Caldwell, Idaho since 1945. Every plan can be customized and built to HUD code or your local building code. Energy Star construction comes standard on their HUD-code homes, and they’re one of the few builders certified for NEEM + Plus. KIT and ourselves genuinely care about you as a new home owner.
